Now, the problem with the package files are that they are saved under a picture format. so i tried to figure out why it wasnt working and i found out that none of the file types that are PACKAGE/rar files do not work. i made sure the custom content option was allowed too. when i opened up sims4, none of it was there. So i've been downloading stuff from tumblr, hours worth of custom content.
